| Realpens accepts orders via the telephone at +1 650 359 9887, and by email, postal mail and FAX. Many pen manufacturers won't let us accept orders via the Internet. Near every item is an email link which you can use to request your price. Please include your complete postal address so that we can calcluate shipping. Payment Realpens accepts Paypal (sales2@reealpens.com), personal, business, and cashiers checks drawn on a US bank, American Express, and postal money orders in US dollars from most countries. We do not accept Western Union and some other payment methods. To minimize fraud, Realpens will only ship to your verified PayPal or credit card billing address. American Express supports the use of a temporary shipping address if you want an item sent to a different address than your billing address. Since most credit card companies require you to sign for a package, it cannot be left at the door if you're not home. NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Only American Express can verify shipping addresses outside of the USA. You may be able to use PayPal if you have a good payment record. |
Shipping Your pen will be shipped by an appropriate carrier, insured for the full amount, and properly declared to customs authorities. We normally use US Postal Service, Fedex, or UPS. Please do not ask us to falsify any documents. |

Special orders We are happy to special order just about any contemporary pen. However, special order items are not returnable unless defective. In that case they must be returned directly to the manufacturer or their US distributor for replacement, in order to comply with their warranty requirements. Warranty All items come with a manufacturer's warranty, some with a lifetime warranty. The only warranties offered or implied by Realpens are those that are offered by the manufacturer. Please feel free to contact us for specific information. |

Return Policy You have a 3 day return privilege if you're not happy with any item (see exceptions above).We are here to make sure you are happy with your purchase and will do everything to make it so. You will pay insured return shipping by Fedex, UPS, or other traceable shipping method. The item must be returned to us within 7 days for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. All returns must have original and undamaged boxes, and full documentation as sent. No returns will be accepted on special orders, or inked/dipped pens. |
