Delta’s AROMATHERAPY Writing Instrument Collection is unprecedented. These pens feature a special vase INSIDE the specially designed clip. Simply unscrew a sphere at the top of the clip. It is the handle of a special wooden oil-wand which is immersed in essential oil for approximately 20 minutes. Once the wand is saturated, the beneficial aroma will last about 2 weeks.

Delta includes a specially formulated, 10ml vial of essential oil with every pen in the collection. Even though this model is retired, I have one in stock in F nib. List price is $495. Delta Citta Reale Limited Edition FP

Very similar to the fabled Delta Venezia limited edition before it, the Citta Reale edition will be sold out very quickly.

Announced by Delta in the most recent issue of Pen World Magazine, Citta Reale is crafted from marbleized celluloid that has been aged 10 years. Delta tells us that 750 pieces is the edition number, but the quantity actually will be based on the amount of material they have, which is anticipated to be lower then that.

Fountain pens are lever fill only and are fitted with 18K gold nib, platinum plated, smooth and flexible, decorated with the Caserta City ornaments in EEF, EF, F, M, B, BB, OM, OB, OBB and Stub. All fountain pens come with a desk penholder, made in special resin, enriched by a burnished (or golden) metal plate that depicts the Palace in low-relief.
